Can you use a NUC with a laptop?
Removing the four screws in the rubber feet of the NUC lets the bottom plate come out, which exposes the RAM side of the motherboard. (The CPU is hidden on the other side of the board.) The M. 2 slot works the same as on any other motherboard, and the RAM slots are the same as on any laptop.

How do you clean NUC dust?
I used compressed air to remove the dust from the fan and heatsink. I then used isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs to remove all the dust in the top of the case and off the board. I then cleaned off the existing thermal paste. I applied a new Arctic MX-4 thermal paste.
Is there a fan in an Intel NUC?

- In the CPU Fan Header pane, experiment with setting Fan Control Mode to Balanced and Cool.
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.
