What is Envision Intensive Law and Trial?

Intensive Law & Trial allows you to immerse yourself in the theory and practice of law and to develop a roadmap for becoming a lawyer. At this 10-day program, you’ll be exposed to the practice of law, legal rhetoric, and ethics from preeminent legal professionals, including Stanford Law School professors.

At the NSLC Law Intensive spend 18 days exploring the American legal system. Master courtroom techniques during a challenging mock criminal trial. Then, explore the constitutional issues facing attorneys and judges at the appellate level during an exciting moot court competition.

Is the NYLF Legitimate? Yes! The programs offered through the NYLF are legit and do help high schoolers prepare for several specific career fields. Just like other summer college experiences, the programs open students up to a slice of college life and engage them in coursework in their field of interest.

Intensive Law & Trial features lectures given by distinguished Stanford Law School professors, as well as presentations by legal professionals from around the country. Your experience culminates at the San Francisco Superior Court where you will argue a case from start to finish.

Is the Standford envision intensive law and trial program worth it?

My daughter (16, going into junior year in high school) is currently attending the Envision Intensive Law and Trial program at Standford. Yes it is pricey but reasonable considering she does get 3 college credits for attending. So far we’ve both been impressed and thrilled with the program.

How do you get a scholarship to Harvard Law School?

They pay scholarships directly to the law school and require applicants to submit an essay on the meaning of “For the People.” Students must be permanent or legal citizens of the United States. Students going into their first year of law school with a GPA of 3.0 or better are eligible to apply.

What is the LMJ scholarship?

The LMJ Scholarship is awarded to women and minorities who are admitted to an ABA-accredited law school with interest in a career in corporate law and demonstrate a commitment to diversity. Recipients also receive mentorship from past scholars as they pursue a legal career. Students must be US citizens or permanent residents to file an application.
